SureLink™ High Speed Business Internet
Fast, reliable, and affordable. Now you can have all three.
SureLink Business Ethernet provides symmetrical bandwidth with the high reliability that businesses demand at locations and prices that fibre can’t match. SureLink is now available in the metro areas of Vancouver and Toronto.
SureLink delivers great speed and solid reliability at a price significantly lower than T1 or fibre Internet services. In addition, you will benefit from the following all-inclusive services:
- Direct Internet Access
Product Speed SureLink 6 6Mx6M SureLink 10 10Mx10M SureLink 15 15Mx15M SureLink 20 20Mx20M - Symmetrical bandwidth
- Unlimited traffic
- 99.9% uptime SLA
- 4-hour onsite support
- 24x7 real-time proactive monitoring
- Guaranteed speed
- 8 Static IP addresses
- Quick installation
Optionally, you can combine one or more SureLink sites into an MPLS Private Network, tying together all your business sites across North America into a secure, private network.
Fast Speed
If you’re a knowledge-based business – engineering, architecture, media, finance, legal, etc. – then you are actively generating content. SureLink is excellent for sending and receiving that content: video, audio, images and graphics as well as performing offsite data backups. Less time waiting for transfers to complete is more time spent on important parts of your business. Increased symmetrical bandwidth is ideal for providing high quality VoIP and video conferencing.
Rock Solid Reliability
SureLink is based on EFM technology that uses multiple copper loops all the way to your business and seamlessly recovers if one or more loops have problems. Our robust service level agreements (SLAs) guarantee business critical reliability with 99.9% uptime.
SureLink is based on EFM technology that uses multiple copper loops all the way to your business and seamlessly recovers if one or more loops have problems. Our robust service level agreements (SLAs) guarantee business critical reliability with 99.9% uptime.
Most types of Internet access depend on a single copper loop (pair of wires) or fibre-optic strand. If that loop/fibre is damaged or noisy, your Internet access is gone until the carrier is able to locate the damage and repair it, which on average can take hours or days.
Technology
Radiant’s SureLink was developed on standards-based technology called Ethernet-in-the-First-Mile (EFM). This technology is now being widely deployed in other parts of the world: Australia, USA, and Europe.
EFM delivers 2BASE-TL Ethernet over (up to) eight bonded copper pairs using G.SHDSL.bis transport (ITU-T G.991.2 standard). 2BASE-TL is a long-reach Ethernet-over-copper technology focused on high-bandwidth symmetric services for business customers. It is the natural upgrade and replacement for today’s T1/E1 and G.SHDSL services. It enables native Ethernet frames to move across existing voice-grade copper pairs in carrier access networks. EFM is different from a T1 connection because it uses a loop bonding technology, while Bonded T1s use a link-bonding technology. Although both are effective, loop bonding is a newer technology that reduces overhead and deals with loop failure more efficiently. That means more bandwidth remains available for applications and your connection is less likely to suffer if one loop fails; not as sensitive to noise as ADSL.
